2、耐高溫性?xún)?yōu)異:氟橡膠的耐高溫性能和硅橡膠一樣,是目前彈性體中最好的,250℃下可長(zhǎng)期使用,300℃下短期使用,
2. Excellent High Temperature Resistance: The high temperature resistance performance of fluorine rubber is the same as that of the silicon rubber, thus the best among current elastic bodies. It can be used for a long time below 250℃ and can be used for a short time below 300℃.
3、耐老化性能好:氟橡膠具有極好的耐天候老化性能,耐臭氧性能。據(jù)報(bào)導(dǎo),DuPont開(kāi)發(fā)的VitonA在自然條件存放十年之后性能仍然令人滿(mǎn)意,在臭氧濃度為0.01%的空氣中經(jīng)45天作用沒(méi)有明顯龜裂;
3. Good Aging resistance Performance: Fluorine rubber has excellent weather and aging resistance as well as the ozone resistance. It is reported that the VitonA developed by DuPont has satisfying performance after being stored for ten years under natural conditions, and there is no obvious cracking exposed to the air among which the ozone concentration is 0.01% for 45 days.

5、機(jī)械性能優(yōu)良:氟橡膠具有優(yōu)良的物理機(jī)械性能。26型氟橡膠的拉伸強(qiáng)度在10~20MPa之間,扯斷伸長(zhǎng)率在150~350%之間,抗撕裂強(qiáng)度在3~4KN/m之間。23型氟橡膠拉伸強(qiáng)度在15.0~25MPa之間,伸長(zhǎng)率在200%~600%,抗撕裂強(qiáng)度在2~7MPa之間。
5. Fine Mechanical Performance: Fluorine rubber has fine physical and mechanical performance. The tensile strength of the 26-type fluorine rubber is between 10~20MPa, and the elongation at rupture is between 150~350%, with the tear resistance strength being between 3~4KN/m. The tensile strength of the 23-type fluorine rubber is between 15.0~25MPa, and the elongation at rupture is between 200%~600%, with the tear resistance strength being between 2~7MPa.
6、透氣性。悍鹉z對(duì)氣體的溶解度比較大,但擴(kuò)散速度卻比較小,所以總體表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的透氣性也小,
6. Air Permeability: Fluorine rubber has great solubility to gases, but small diffusion velocity, therefore, the overall air permeability displayed is also small.
7、低溫性能:氟橡膠的低溫性能不好,這是由于其本身的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)所致;

8、耐輻射性能: 氟橡膠的耐輻射性能是彈性體中比較差的一種。
